The condo is Fully furnished with all new furniture,and dining room 
set,New wall to wall
carpets, the parlor has .24 inch digital flat screen
tv with combo vcr-dvd player,  the dining area has a13 inch color tv 
a
hutch. new dinning room table with chairs.Kitchen has a
new micro,coffy pot elec can opener,toaster&pans.Bedroom has new 
queen
size bed with 32 inch color tv, sunroom has small bed with dresser 
and
recliner chair. ALL bathroom & bedroom linnens are included PLENTYof
closet space 

   Laundry room is located on ground floor to the left a very short
walk, condo has a cordless phone,assigned parking directly in 
front, there is no pool,tennis courts,saunas,shuffellboard,or maid 
service sorry, YOU DO GET EXTENDED CABLE IN IN ALL ROOMS at no charge
please clean condo as if it were your own home we do have a cleaning
service avalible if you prefer but they charge for every visit 
NOsmokers or pets 

there are three golf courses within a ten min ride, shopping
centers,flea markets & restaurants are abundent. clearwater beach is
less than a 15 min ride, from the beach you can travel up and down
 witch has many attractions such as johns pass,treasure island palm 
harbour visit historic 
Fort desoto or indian rocks beach, there will always be
something to see or do Come down and get out of the cold.
