-We rent monthly and weekly only
-If less than a week the rental is the weekly rate
-Special event weeks and some holidays are higher
-Monthly rentals are January,May, Sept-December
-One time cleaning fee is $70.00
-A refundable $300.00 deposit is due in order to hold the property
-Call or E-mail for current rates for 2006 & 2007
-I respond very quickly to all inquiries,sometimes in minutes
-We have additional photos of this property upon request
-Must be at least 25 to secure this rental
-Rates subject to change until confirmed
-Check-In Time 3PM
-Check-Out Time 10AM
-Cancellation-The deposit is refundable provided cancellation is
 made 30 days before reservation arrival date.
-Excessive cleaning or laundry will be deducted from the deposit.
-We offer affordable weekend rentals during the Fall season
 [Sept-Dec] except special events and holiday's

           - NO BOATS,CAMPERS,TRAILERS OR RV'S
