the balcony the only view is beach and ocean. Fourteen-hundred-fifty 
square feet of living space. Exquisite decorating throughout. 
Gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line GE 
appliances, Italian tile flooring, and granite countertops. Large, 
living room with spectacular views of the gulf.
    The balcony is my favorite part, sit back and relax. Totally 
private, the only views are beach and ocean as far as you can see. 
Not to mention the most amazing sunsets you will ever see.
    Easy access to pool, hot tub, and beach. Oceanside features 
assigned covered parking, elevator, and a small community (just 20 
units in the building). This is a non-smoking, no pets condominium.
    Indian Rocks Beach is a fantastic location; minutes to 
groceries, restaurants on the water, shopping, boating, Saint Pete 
and Clearwater. Busch Gardens (45 minutes) and Disney World (90 
minutes). Yet, this is a quiet part of the beach.
