Spacious ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium which sleeps four
to six. It is located inside of Amelia Island Plantation. This condo
is in an excellent location - a 2 minute walk to the beach. The living
area opens directly to a very private pool, a beautiful lake and golf
course view. Condo includes 3 televisions, charcoal Weber grill, DVD
player,
stereo with CD player, high speed and wireless internet access. Also
fully equipped kitchen with many extras and walk in laundry room. 
All linens, port-a-crib, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella,
cooler, boogie boards, and beach/pool toys provided. Recently
remodeled interior. 
Total exterior renovation just completed for entire Beach Wood Villa
complex. Walking distance to shops, Beach Club and Amelia Inn(two 
oceanfront heated pools,outdoor bar/grill, children's activities), and 
Health and Racquet Club.  

Amelia Island Plantation is a very secure gated community on the 
ocean. Inside the plantation are restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis 
and fitness facilities. There are many pools, indoor and out, some 
of which are heated during winter months. All pools on plantation are
available for plantation guests.  This is a very family oriented 
resort with walking/biking trails throughout. There is also 
complimentary transportation operated by the plantation's "trams" 
though out the plantation. There is a lovely shopping village within
the plantation with a market/deli, coffee shop, ladies apparel, island
merchandise, sports bar. The plantation has one hotel, the Amelia Inn.
The Inn has a beautiful piano bar located in the lobby and dining
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The plantation is an easy 30 minute
drive from Jacksonville's airport. It is also 10 minutes from historic
downtown Fernandina and its quaint shops and restaurants.
 

There are activities for all ages. Children's activities and 
babysitting available through the recreation department at the Beach 
Club's 2 oceanfront pools. There are bike trails for biking or jogging 
throughout the plantation. 3 golf courses are located within the 
plantation and two more on the island. The Racquet Park is home 
to the prestigious Bausch & Lomb women's professional tennis 
tournament. The Health Center has an indoor pool, large unisex 
jacuzzi, locker rooms equipped with saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi, 
shower, and lockers. There is also a variety of cardio equipment each 
equipped with its own television monitor along with machines and free 
weights.  A world class spa is located in the village. Golf carts and
bicycle rentals available. The plantation charges for many of these
amenities by requiring amenity or guest cards.  The guest card fee is
included in the March-August rental fee.  During the off season these
are worked out by owner on a
per rental basis depending on guests needs.

Weekly rate is $1650 from March through August-except Holidays- which
does not include the 9% Florida state and county taxes.
Amenity cards are included in rental fee March through August.  
Rates from September through February are flexible and less depending
on length of stay.  Amenity cards will be available during this
time period for an additional fee based on guest occupancy.  

This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT.

Cleaning fee is an additional($65.00)and is paid with the $200
security deposit.

Holiday weekly rates are $1800 for the weeks of 
April 5-13 Bausch Lomb Tennis Tournament
