nearby.  Beautiful bright and airy kitchen off Foyer with fully 
stocked kitchen equipped with all new appliances (just supply your 
own food).  

Kitchen opens up to living room/dining room combo all 
decorator furnished in tropical colors.  Dining room furnished with 
large dining table and 6 chairs.  

Living room furnished with queen size sofa bed, love seat, and 
armoir unit with TV,DVD, and VCR. Sliders off living room lead to 
screened lanai furnished with a table and 5 chairs. 

The guest room is situated across from the kitchen and is furnished 
with two twin beds, night stand, dresser with mirror, and closet.  
The guest bathroom is ceramic with a tub/shower combo.  The 
washer/dryer closet is also located on this end of the condo. 

The master bedroom is located opposite the living room and contains 
2 walk-in closets and large ceramic bathroom with glass and ceramic 
shower and double sinks. Within the master bathroom is a fully 
stocked linen closet stocked with sheets, blankets, pillows, bath 
and beach towels, etc.  Master bedroom is furnished with a king size 
bed, 2 night stands, dresser with mirror and armoir housing a TV and 
DVD player.  

There are ceiling fans in both the master bedroom and living room.  
All televisions are hooked to cable.  Each unit has a numbered 
covered parking space and plenty of visitor spaces are available.  
Telephones are in each of the bedrooms and the kitchen houses a 
portable phone and answering machine.

Legends Golf and Country Club is an upscale gated community located 
a short distance from I-75 and the Airport.  Close to Bonita Beach, 
Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands.  The golf course is a 
full 18 hole course, not a par 3.  Also in this resort style 
community is a 2.5 mile walking trail, 6 tennis courts, snack bar, 
pro shop restaurant, computer room, card room, pool room, gym and 
exercise roomfor all types of aerobics.  Water fitness is also 
offered in the clubhouse pool.  This pool is picturesque with a 
continuous flow waterfall.  The pool is large and surrounded by 
lounge chairs.  There is also a spa in the pool area.  The clubhouse 
is approximately .7 miles from the condo There is also a smaller 
pool near the condo for use by the condo tenants.  

There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment nearby.

There is a one-time fee of $250 to transfer the golf membership to 
the tenant.  This allows you unlimited green fees at no additional 
charge and cart rental of $17.50 (cart fees subject to change).  A 
$100.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
