OUR condominium is located on the first floor of a Gulf-Front building. Spectacular views can be 
found from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The Gulf-Front setting offers a quiet, 
peaceful retreat and your only a short walk from the 8000 square foot pool sure to offer hours of 
entertainment to guests of all ages. Spend your afternoons and evenings sitting out on the patio 
which has priceless views of the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Gourmet Kitchen is outfitted with top of the line stainless steel VIKING appliances, including 
separate icemaker and oversized refrigerator. The master bedroom (king bed) features a walk-in 
closet, an exclusive travertine tiled bathroom, housing a glass walled walk-in double headed shower 
and a Jacuzzi bathtub, and it overlooks the ocean. The second and third bedrooms (queen beds) share 
a bathroom and the fourth bedroom (two double beds) has its own private bathroom.
