The Hemmingway Island House is very colorful inside and out.  There 
is a pool table and a slot machine in the all open living, dining 
area with windows to have a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa Sound 
that is only feet from the door.  There are 4 balconys for sitting 
and viewing the activities of the day with sailing boats, jet skiers, 
parasailing and at night the reflection of the lights over the water 
is awesome.  There is a large table for dining.

The house has a washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen for 
cooking, if that is what you really want to do(?)  

There is a commumity pool located two doors away, a boat dock/pier 
for parking your boat or jet skis.  Or for just sitting, fishing, or 
watching the sun set while watching the dolphins.  This is a soon to 
be gated community and quiet and peaceful from the rest of the world.

It is located on an island, you will have to cross a bridge to get to 
Navarre Beach.  

The Gulf of Mexico is located only a few yards away from the front 
door of the house.  There is a short 2 minute walk to the Gulf of 
Mexico.  

There is a great resturant located on the beach less than a half mile 
from the house.  A Tom Thumb with gasoline and a small resturant for 
hamburgers or breakfast located on the bay side on the island.

Parasailing, jetsking, skate boarding, flea market, Zoo, Publix 
grocery, movie rentals, theaters, a whole varity of resturants are 
located back on the main land or down the National Seaside Preserve 
highway to Pensecola Beach that is just about 15 miles away.

Oh, did I mention golf?  Too many to list.
