A three month rental during the high season is $2000/month plus 10% 
tax, and a condo association registration fee of $50.

A two month rental during the high season is $2200/month plus 10% 
tax, and a condo association registration fee of $50.  

A one month rental during the high season is $2400 plus 10% tax, and 
a condo association registration fee of $50.

* In addition, there is a refundable damage deposit of $500.

This is an adult community - one renter must be over 55 years of age.
Local phone calls are free (use credit card for long distance calls).
There is a $100 credit/month toward the electric bill.  Electric bills have never exceeded 
$100/month.
