4 bedroom apartment including flat screen Satellite TV and free Wireless Internet connection.

This is a 4 bedroom apartment with a very large main bedroom containing a queen size bed. Two of the 
other bedrooms are only single rooms with one standard single person bed and the third bedroom has 
one double deck bunk bed which is more suitable for kids than seniors. There is also a single bed in 
the very large living room.

during art walks, enjoy arts and crafts vendors and live entertainment on the streets.
Take a nature walk through Clam Bayou Preserve. Go for swing dance lessons at the 
Gulfport Casino each Wednesday evening or just relax on Gulfport beach. The apartment
is just 1 mile from downtown Gulfport for shopping, fishing, Gulfport City Yacht Marina,
restaurants, library, Casino (dancing and other events) plus plenty more. Only 4 miles 
from St.Pete Beach and 4 miles from beautiful downtown St.Petersburg.
        
Tampa International Airport is just 25 miles away.

Weekly rates for November, December, January, February and March are $400 per week plus 12% tax. 
Weekly rates for April, May, June, July, August, September and October are $300 per week plus 12% 
tax. 
Monthly rates for November, December, January, February and March are $1200 per month plus 12% tax. 
Monthly rates for April, May, June, July, August, September and October are $1000 per month plus 12% 
tax.  

In addition to the above rates there is a $35 cleaning charge.

A booking confirmation deposit of 20% is required at the time of your reservation and this will be 
applied towards your rent.

Minimum stay is 1 week. Maximum stay is 3 months. We do not have any daily rates.

We will also require a $250 cash security deposit payable at check time to cover loss or damage to 
furnishings or property. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The $250 cash security deposit 
will be refunded within one week of your departure provided the apartment is left in good condition 
without any damage or loss of items. Smoking in the apartment will also mean forfeiting your 
security deposit. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
