       December 16, 2007-January 31, 2008   $ 1445.00  per week
       February 1, 2008-April 30, 2008      $ 1595.00  per week
       May 1, 2008-July 1, 2008             $  995.00  per week
       August 1, 2008-December 15, 2008     $  895.00  per week

                         1 week minimum 
  
             10% Discount for rentals of 4 weeks or longer.

*Rates for additional nights pro-rated from weekly rates shown.

*All rates are subject to a 12% Florida tax and handling fee.
*No additional fees for linens, cleaning, or high speed internet.
*$300 Security deposit required, due when making reservation, and is 
applied toward total rental amount.
