Rates in US Funds
Basic rental rate is for eight people.
$75 cleaning fee. 
Sales and hotel/motel tax 12.5%
Credit cards accepted at 4% processing fee  
Cancellation Policy: 100% of deposit applied to new reservation made 
with-in one year. 
Non-refundable deposit of 50% due at time of reservation.
Following rates not available during special events or summer: 
Weekly-$885; 2 weeks-$1005.75; 3 weeks-$1181.25; monthly-$1399 All 
quots are all-inclusive (includes Tax and Cleaning) / Rates subject 
to change without notice until reservation confirmed. Guest 
responsible for damage and missing items.
