January to March (excluding Christmas & Easter)£440/$800 per week
April to October (excluding Easter)            £490/$875 per week
November to December (excluding Christmas)     £440/$800 per week
New Year, Christmas and Easter                 £550/$945 per week 

Pool Heat £80/$140 per week.

All rental prices are inclusive of taxes and are for the villa NOT 
per person and include taxes.

Rentals of less than 7 days will incur a cleaning fee of £50/
$85.

Discount possible for late bookings and bookings of more than 2 weeks
