bright corner unit with dockage space.

Greatroom design, spacious kitchen with eat-in dining and breakfast bar, laundry room, screened 
lanai, tray ceilings. 

Master bedroom contains a very comfortable King bed, second bedroom contains a Queen, and third 
bedroom contains a Single Bed. 

Pool/Spa are heated.  Community contains two clay tennis courts.  Community is gated and convenient 
to the airport approximately 30 minutes.

Tennis, swimming.

Community is on a "U" shaped peninsula and allows a nice walk around the water as well.

Close to shopping and restaurants.

Basic cable and local phone service included.

The month of February must be tied to either January or March.  

Off season rates start at $50 a day.
