The Lake Cottage has been completely renovated and is fully 
furnished. Please inquire about pets. No indoor smoking. There is a 
full size sofa bed in the living room, one bedroom has a full size 
bed, the other room has a twin (another twin bed can be added if 
needed). There is a lakeview from the living room and one bedroom. 
Enjoy the sun rising above Lake Rocky while you fish for that large 
bass. We are located approx 45 min east of Gainesville and approx 45 
min west of St. Augustine. There are many lakes and rivers within the 
area to enjoy, including The Ochlahawa River, The St. Johns River and 
The Rodmann Reservoir. We are the owners and live right next door if 
anything is needed. Both houses share an acre lot. There is also a 
resident dog and two cats.
