ever seen. This beautifully decorated unit has the most wonderful 
views of the Gulf. You and your family can barbeque on the deck, fish 
off the beach, bask in the sun, or just relax and read a good book. 
The upstairs masterbedroom has a beautiful deck for you to watch the 
sunset or sip coffee in the morning.Take a bike ride to Rosemary or 
Seacrest Beach or travel down scenic 30A to Seaside or Watercolors.

Cable television and DVD in family room and bedrooms, barbeque grill, 
washer/dryer, ironing board, cookware and utensils, dishwasher, 
refrigerator etc. etc. etc.

The best golf courses, fishing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, scuba 
diving, amusement parks, great restaurants, shopping, movies, biking,

Summer rates June 20th thru Sept.6th $1750.00 per week            
Late Summer Sept. 7th thru Oct. 1st $1400.00 per week           
Spring rates March 27th thru June 19th $1700.00 per

Fall and Winter rates $100.00-$175.00 per night.
