Fully furnished townhouse, with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, dining 
area. Kitchen includes all appliances. A screened-in 
sun-room, with backyard.  Includes TV's, with cable service in all 
bedrooms and living room. Internet service, VCR/DVD players, 
washer/dryer and central air/heat. Electric, water included. Ready 
to move in, all you need is your suitcases and personal hygiene 
products. You provide normal daily clean-up. Some cleaning supplies 
are provided along with a vacuum cleaner. There is also an ironboard 
and iron.

The Osprey Run complex is very well maintained and has a community 
pool, individual parking spots and is a gated community. Close by 
shopping centers, movie theaters, fine restaurants and many fast 
food establishments.

It is approx. a 45-min. drive to Orlando area--Disney World, Sea 
World, Universal Studios and other fine attractions.  Cape Kennedy 
and Dayton Beach is about 1 1/2 hour drive.  Less than 12 miles to 
Tampa and 20 miles to Clearwater beaches.  A 10-15 min. drive to 
Bush Garden, downtown Tampa, shopping centers and movie theaters.  
Sarasota beaches and amenities are approx. 1/2 hr drive. Sarasota 
area is the home of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, with daily tours.  
Also the area is the Barnum-Bailey museum.

The nightly rate is $125.00 to $175.00, the weekly rate is $900.00, and monthly 
is $1900.00 for 2-6 people.  A deposit equal to half the rent is due 
upon signing of lease. The rent is due upon arrival and 
may be paid by bank check, travelers check, or cash. Within one week of 
departure, the deposit will be returned, less a $60.00 cleaning fee.
