in a park-like setting, the beach access is within walking distance 
(or take the seasonal beach tram) and super views of the community 
pool can be enjoyed from the large balcony.

Serenity Now! has private gated access from the back-yard directly 
to the pool where you can enjoy the multiple, cascading pools, 
fountain, cabanas and lush landscaping.  The 18-hole, par 72 
championship course at Camp Creek Golf Club is within a mile.  A 
gym, spa and tennis courts are on hand in neighboring Rosemary 
Beach, and the renowned restaurants, funky boutiques and galleries 
of Scenic-30A are all within a pleasant ride.

With its generous sized windows and multiple patio doors, the 
spacious living area is doused with sunlight from three-sides.  The 
entire living-space, including the bedrooms, is all on one-level and 
offers wonderful views of the lagoon-pool beyond.  Two couches (one 
being a sleeper-sofa) and lounge-chairs offer plenty of sitting area

The large master-bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and private 
bathroom with double vanities, a corner whirlpool tub and a separate 
shower stall.  Double-doors access the patio area. The second-
bedroom also accommodates a king-sized bed and TV.  This bedroom 
shares a full-bathroom with the third bedroom, and the half-bathroom 
is located conveniently across the hallway. The third-bedroom 
accommodates two sets of twin-sized bunks and there is a TV with 
VCR/DVD player. 

Savor the fresh sea air and beautiful views from the private 
balcony.  One can kick up their heels on the adjacent lawn, 
perfect for playing outdoor games. The garage accommodates two 
vehicles and there is parking for an additional car in the 
driveway.  

A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside 
lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs from Blue 
Mountain Beach to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being 
off-road. A real fun activity for all the family and bike rentals 
are available throughout Scenic-30A.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700-acres of old, unmarked 
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach 
area, within a mile or two of the unit.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature 
trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou .. 
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped 
oaks.

Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises, 
watersports can be found in Destin.

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses, including two on 30A, within 6-
