Relax in my beautiful one bedroom/one bath ocean front condo.  The 
beaches are gorgeous, the Sunbird is top notch and my units are 
tastefully decorated.  The bedroom was totally refurnished this year. 
You can view spectacular sunsets right from the private balcony!  
The Sunbird is located in the middle of the beach and so, is convenient 
to everything.  World famous Pineapple Willy's is next door with excellent 
lunch, outside dining on their pier, and good dinner and drinks from the bar. 
I provide all linens and the kitchen is fully equipped.  Just bring a beach 
towel and your tooth brush!

The Sunbird has three pools (one heated), a large sunning deck, two 
tennis courts, a volleyball court, an arcade room and shuffleboard.  
Cabana and jet ski rentals are available right on the beach.
Family fun, shopping, dining, golf, movies and night clubs are all 
walking distance or less than a mile away.  World famous Pineapple 
Willy's is next door with excellent lunch, outside dining on their 
pier, and good dinner and drinks from the bar. The Signal Hill Golf 
Club is located across the street and there are many other gold 
courses in the area.  There is also a Super Wal-Mart within walking 
distance.  The new Pier Park has shopping, dining and theatre and 
concerts.  
Other attractions include boating, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, 
family amusement parks, putt-putt, go-carts, Gulf World, The Miracle 
Strip, a zoo, Ripley's Believe it or Not, St. Andrews State Park, 
helicopter rides, para-sailing, shopping, cinemas, restaurants, night 
clubs, Panama City Mall and a dog track.

2008 Rates      (weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday only)

Spring          660/week - April to Memorial Day
Summer          780/week - Memorial Day to Early August
Late Summer     660/week - Early August through Labor Day week
Fall            480/week - 80/night    Labor Day - Dec
Winter          780/mo   - 3 month minimum   November to April

** There is also a $60.00 cleaning fee and a $15 parking pass fee.  
Taxes are built into the price. I accept checks, PayPal and Credit Cards.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no singles under 25 years of age.

A refundable security deposit of $100.00 will hold a reservation.
