This is a 3 bedroom condo, however during all periods other than 
5/26-8/9, it can be rented as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom unit. As a 2 
bedroom unit, the bedroom with 2 twin beds would not be available. 
During the summer rental period (5/26-8/4) this unit is available as 
a 3 bedroom only. When rented as a 2 bedroom unit, you receive the 
added bonus of a larger living and dining area than found in a 
standard 2 bedroom unit.
This is the perfect rental for those seeking a great place at the 
beach, and don’t want to spend the entire budget on accommodations. 
Mom doesn’t want to cook every night while on vacation, so take her 
out to dinner with the money you save on lodging. With no road to 
cross, just 100 yards to the beach, 2 pools (one heated in winter), 
tennis courts, and tucked back in a quiet residential area, this is 
the perfect spot for families. 
This spacious unit has been completely remodeled and 
professionally decorated with all new furnishings & electronics.
This unit is located next to the heated pool and tennis courts and a 
BBQ grill is just outside the front door. Eastern Lake is just a 
short stroll where you can kayak, swim or just enjoy nature.

Stereo, & CD Player. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size

videos. Just bring your bathing suit, sun screen and camera…you 
won’t need anything else.
