Palm Tree Paradise is a newly renovated house located on 
a quiet street on the thin barrier island of Indian Rocks Beach.  The 
location is great: about 9 houses to the sand, 2 blocks from a number 
of great restaurants and taverns, & 1 block from a tennis court, 
baseball field.  The theme throughout the house is palm trees.  

Beach equipment supplied (fishing rod, chairs, umbrella).  Also, 
Leather sofas, 440 threadcount sheets, washer, dryer, microwave, 
oven, toast, refrigerator, blender, hairdryer, propane bar-b-que 
grill, fishing rods, more 

You will not have to drive this entire trip.  There are many 
restaurants in the area - good ones, with a range of prices.  There 
is a great park I described above.  Also, there is a scuba shop, ice 
cream shop, and a convenience grocery shop just a few blocks away.  
This is the beach, so all the usual perks apply: wind surfing, jet 
skiing, swimming, boating, snorkeling - whatever your heart desires.

If you want to get in the car, Orlando (Disney, Sea World) is about 
90 minutes away, Tampa (Busch Gardens, Ybor City) is about 30 minutes 
away, and Tampa International Airport is about a half an hour away.  
Clearwater International is about 15 mile away. We are about 3 miles 
south of Clearwater Beach, and 15 miles north of St. Pete Beach.

1) December through April: $700 per week, $2000 per month
