quiet subdivision. The wide, flat beach is great for shelling and
walking. Perfect for families, couples or snowbirds!

The master has a king size bed, private sundeck, huge bathroom and
walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and each
bedroom has its own attached bathroom.

The first level has a beautifully decorated, spacious living area with
nine foot ceilings. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living
room. The fully-equipped kitchen has a large dining area overlooking
the gulf and includes a large work area and breakfast bar. The laundry
area is also quite large and has storage space for beach items or
luggage. The beautiful yard is professionally landscaped. This area is
a haven for for boating/fishing enthusiasts. Outside hot/cold shower
and fish cleaning area.

Visit nearby historic Apalachicola for fine seafood, dining, antiques,
and outfitters. Golf is less than ten minutes away in Port St. Joe.

Monthly Fall, Winter and  Spring rental rate is $1600 (plus 11% taxes
