PLEASE NOTE: Winter months are 4 week rentals only. Feb & March 2009 are now booked.

Weekly rates* (Rental fee includes 10% FL bed tax. Does not include 
$100 Cleaning fee.):        
     One week:     $800
     Two weeks:    $1500
     Three weeks:  $1950
     Four weeks:   $2100

A Refundable security/reservation deposit of $350(per week reserved)
is required to hold and guarantee your space: 
     1 consecutive week  $350 
     2 consecutive weeks $700 
     3 consecutive weeks $1050 
     4 consecutive weeks $1400 
  
     Full payment due 3 weeks prior to reserved dates. 
          (Sorry, no pets and no smoking).

Sorry, NO rentals for less than one week.
