swimming pool. Lots of chairs and decking are provided to enjoy the 
sun. First floor has a mini-kitchen area with large bedroom and 
adjacent bathroom. Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Third 
floor consists of the den, kitchen,hall bathroom and another  bedroom 
with private bathroom.

 “BackSplash” is only 6 years old and has been professionally 
decorated. Televisions in every bedroom, stereo system, gas grill, 
high end appliances, and a short walk to the Gulf are just some of 
the amenities of this beach house. Located in a small, private 
subdivision in Blue Mountain Beach, it is also only minutes from 
Destin, where you can enjoy numerous great restaurants, shopping, 
fishing, sightseeing and golfing.

There are 2 King Beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Queen Sleeper sofas, 1 bunk bed set 
which has a twin on the top bunk and a full on the bottom.  There is 
lots of open space and roomy bedrooms in this 2500 Square foot home.  
The first floor is ideal retreat for the younger ones while the 
adults enjoy the private time on the second and third floors.  You 
can enjoy eating indoors at the large dining table or eat outside on 
one of the 2 covered decks overlooking the large swimming pool.
