Two Units available for rent, each has One bedroom, One bath and a 
full kitchen with dishwasher. Easy public beach access directly 
across the street. Each unit sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed on 
bedroom and double pullout sleeper in living room. Located on West 
End of Panama City Beach in the Laguna Beach neighborhood.

Pleasant and friendly pets are allowed, no guard dogs, chewers, 
barkers or floor piddlers please. Pets must be flea free and you 
must clean up after them. Pets must be crated when owners are not 
present.
Smoking is outdoors only.

Our ammenities are the beach and lake. This is not a condo complex 
with pool and it is not beach front. Its a very pleasant spot for 
your beach vacation and You can fish for bass from the Deck of the 
unit!
Central heat and air and good closet space for extended stays.

Nearby activities include golf, fishing, windsurfing, parasailing, 
plane and helicopter rides, boating, airboats, mini golf, Ripleys 
Believe It or Not, Gulfworld, Zooworld, Submarine Museum, and miles 
of beautiful beaches. Great shopping movie complex and 
restaurants.

Start your vacation any day. Saturday start is Not required!
