Weekly rental rate is as follows:
January rate is $950 plus taxes
Winter/High rate is $1080 plus taxes
Mid April and May is $880 plus taxes
June and July is $950 plus taxes
August to January is $880 except for holiday weeks. 

Condo rents Sat. to Sat. during Winter and Summer months.  A $200 
reservation deposit is required with the balance of the rental 
amount due 30 days before occupancy.  Security deposit is $400.  
Occupancy is limited to 4 people unless other arrangements have been 
made.  No Smoking.  No Pets.  Must be at least 25 years old to 
rent.  Signed rental agreement.
