US $550 per week Sept, Oct, 1st 2 weeks in Nov & Dec $110 nightly 3

US $625 per week May, June, July, August  $110 nightly  3 night 
minimum
US $650-700 per week during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New 
Years, Spring Break, Easter) $115 nightly 3 night minimum

Deposit $100 per week will hold your reservation
Your deposit is refunded within 10 days of checkout (reservation 
deposit becomes a security deposit once you arrive).

Lockbox entry - you are given a private code and may check in/arrive 
at anytime day or night with notice. Let us know your arrival time
