For the price of an average tiny hotel room for 2, you can enjoy 
over 2100 square foot of living space.
 
   
The villa consists of 4 bedrooms (1 en-suite) plus 2 additional 
bathrooms, 2 spacious lounges, 1 formal and 1 family room, a formal 
dining area plus a breakfast area, a fully equipped large kitchen, a 
laundry room, a double garage with remote controlled doors, and a 
wonderful large partly covered patio with private screened larger 
than average swimming pool. 
Family Room

The family room with patio door access to the pool has cool clean 
tiled floors, so no messy wet footprints on the carpet. It also has 
ceiling fans which can be used in addition to the air conditioning. 

This room also features a large TV with cable, DVD player and films, 
X Box and games. 

Wi Fi access is available throughout the villa and at the pool. 
   
Lounge & Formal Dining room

The lounge and formal dining room have high vaulted ceilings which 
create a pleasant spacious feeling to the area.

The three seater sofa doubles as a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 
additional people if all 4 bedrooms are in use. 

This area provides a nice quiet place for the adults to relax away 
from the kids.

Patio doors lead out onto the sun deck.  
   
 Kitchen

The modern kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, 
dishwasher, etc. 

A separate laundry room comprises a large American style Washing 
Machine and separate Tumble Dryer ( means you don't need to bring 
half as many clothes, instead save the space in your suitcase for 
all the cheap purchases in the fab Florida shopping malls ), Vacuum 
Cleaner and Iron and Ironing board.

Use of electricity and air conditioning are all included in the 
weekly rate. 
   
Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is en-suite and has just been redecorated with 
new top quality bedding, new lamps, pictures etc. and features a 25" 
television with Cable TV, Telephone, Alarm Clock, ceiling fans, a 
Queen sized Double Bed. 

The bathroom has a large walk in shower, separate large oval bath, 
toilet and his and hers, washbasins and a large walk in closet. 

This bedroom has large windows overlooking the pool deck.  
   
 Bedrooms

The second bedroom has a double bed, TV and adjacent shower room 
with access directly to the pool area.

The third and fourth bedrooms both feature two single beds ideal for 
the children. 

These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

All towels and a change of bed Linen are provided.  
   
Pool

Our pool which is the largest size available, features a large sun 
deck and is positioned in such a way that it receives sun all day 
long.

We have a large covered lanai which provides shade for the children 
if it is too hot this is the perfect place to sit and relax and to 
eat breakfast and lunch in the open air.  
  
All doors leading to the pool deck have alarms for the safety of 
young children. We also provide a pool cover which should be used in 
the winter to preserve the pool heat. 
  


We use a friendly local management company whose offices are very 
close by on HWY27. Our home managers who look after the villa on a 
day to day basis live a 2 minute walk away should you need any 
assistance quickly.

The villa is fully air conditioned , and has free Cable TV ( 3 
TV'S), a DVD player with a number of DVD's, an XBOX Games System 
(with a large selection of games) , music system and CD’s,, also a 
large selection of local guide books.

Our villa is nicely decorated throughout and we have added many 
personal touches which we add to on each of our visits to our home.

We also provide FREE WI FI BROADBAND CONNECTION, just bring your 
laptop!
 
   
For baby we supply a cot, high chair, buggy and changing mat all 
free of charge, so you don't have to drag these items around with 
you.

Phone calls are free to local area, if you wish to dial 
internationally; you may use a calling or credit card.

Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is ideally situated on the US 27, 
7 miles from I-4, the gateway to all the attractions that the 
Orlando area has to offer. It is the only community to have large 
supermarkets, garages, shops, video stores, restaurants etc all 
within walking distance. If your dream holiday is synonymous with 
golf, you will be in golfers heaven here.
