Monthly rates may be available during November - March.

*Add a cleaning fee of $100.00 and 11.5% Florida Sales/Rental Tax.  A 
security deposit of $300.00 is due at the time of the booking.  The 
deposit may be returned to you after checkout and inspections of the 
condo.
