Get ready to be pampered at our Gulf Front Condo located on Okaloosa 
Island, among all the bustling activity of Destin and Ft. Waton Beach.  
We are situated among other condos, hotels and beach homes in this 
popular beach resort area. (Voted again this year America's BEST 
beaches by Southern Living Magazine). We are just a few short minutes 
to waterfront restaurants, year round golf, family activities, 
excursion boats, deep sea fishing trips, Big Kahuna's waterslides, 
amusement parks, and the Gulfarium. Unbelievable shopping at Destin 
Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and elsewhere! All 1-20 min. away. 
 
Our condo is a one bedroom unit(queen bed), plus hallway bunks, 
and a sofa sleeper, kitchen w/open bar and seating, plus dining 
area, great room, bath and laundry with washer/dryer right in the 
unit. It comes fully furnished and equipped.  

From our unit and balcony enjoy breathtaking views of the emerald 
waters of the Gulf of Mexico & white sandy beaches.  Watch the 
dolphins, beach-walkers, boats, sunrises and sunsets...all 
absolutely gorgeous and entertaining.  The pool is directly below 
our balcony.  From the pool area walk directly onto the beach...and 
there you are at the waters edge, the Gulf of Mexico.

For your convenience there are stairs and elevator, and covered 
parking on the first level!  The Okaloosa Island fishing pier is 
just a few blocks up the beach from us!  Groceries are close at 
hand at the local Publix grocery in Ft. Walton on Hwy 98, just 4-5 
minutes away from our condo.  Be sure to stop by the Okaloosa County 
Visitors Center near us on Hwy 98.  They have the latest info about 
local events, maps, entertainment and discounts!

As a reminder, we are a no pet/no smoking unit.

4. 2nd door to bath off hallway near the bunks. All linens and towels.
5. Kitchen with all appliances, comes fully equipped.
6. Washer/Dryer in the unit.
