Monthly  Rental Deposit of $250 is also required at time of signing.  (This will be deducted from 
the total rent)

Cancellations/Refunds: Any cancellation within 30 days of scheduled arrival date will receive monies 
paid of less 
than $200.

Cleaning Fee: 100.00(cash)
