pastel/island colors. This building was built in 1999, is 1140 sq. 
ft. and the unit is on the 2nd floor with an elevator.  

It is directly across the street from the sales office/library and 
the heated pool.  It is a short walk/drive to the beautiful beach 
and the perfect place to call home.  The unit has a new pillow top 
queen bed in the master bedroom and new twin beds in the guest 
bedroom.  The living room sofa converts into a full size bed.  

Location, location, location.  You are within walking distance of 
many great restaurants.  This complex is a block south of the 
Oasis, a short distance to Salt Water Cowboys and across the street 
from the Purple Olive.  So convenient to shopping and lots of 
attractions.  

This is a secure and gated community.

The unit has central heat and air, three cable TV's, brand new high 
efficiency washer/dryer (which requires special HE detergent), new dishwasher,
free local calls, ceiling fans, microwave, small kitchen appliances 
and dishes and plenty of linens.  This is a non-smoking unit.

The living room has a 27" color TV, VCR and a DVD player.  The 
master bedroom and guest bedroom both have 20" TV's. The 
unit has a brand new high efficiency washer/dryer, small kitchen 
appliances, dishes, bakeware/cookware and plenty of linens.  There 
is an easy-access phone jack for dial up internet on the kitchen 
phone. There are three beach lounge chairs provided for your convenience.
