We also have a BBQ hut in case you want to grill out and eat by the
pool or beach, or you can walk across the street to the Surf

A security deposit of 20% is required to hold your reservation. We
must receive a personal check ,credit card or postal money order for
the security deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is
received, your dates are officially reserved. 
 
Upon your arrival, the 20% security deposit converts to a damage
deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be
mailed to you within ten (10) days of your departure.
