smoke-free one-story home which sleeps six comfortably, so no need to
walk up any stairs! It has an attached two-car garage which makes it
easy to load and unload your car. We are located in Tuscany Ridge
subdivision on a very private cul-de-sac in a new and completed
development in St. Augustine Shores.

It is a very quiet and beautiful community with a golf course, tennis
courts and park within walking distance. We are conveniently located
only 12 minutes from Historic Downtown St. Augustine and only eight
minutes from the beach. All the conveniences you need within a few
minutes from the house (Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc.)
Dolphin Encounters at Marineland minutes away!!

The entire house except for the bedrooms is floored in beautiful, rich
and warm colored modular tiles. You’ll enjoy cooking in the spacious,
gourmet kitchen with beautiful granite counter-tops and
top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with a
large refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, smooth top electric
range and microwave. You will find other conveniences, including a
blender, toaster and drip coffee pot. All furniture and accessories in
the house is of the highest quality and taste. There is 32"TV with DVD
player in the living room. The screened-in lanai has a comfortable
patio set and stainless steel gas grill.

This luxury home sleeps six guests comfortably. It has three bedroom
suites, each with their own television. The sleeping accommodations
are situated to provide comfort and luxury. All are equipped with top
quality pillow top mattresses and Egyptian Cotton linens, including
comforters and extra pillows. You’ll love falling to sleep in the
KING-SIZE BED in the master bedroom. It is very spacious with a
seating area and is equipped with a TV inside the armoire.

The huge master bathroom is tiled and includes a two-person soaking
tub, an extra large walk-in Roman shower and an adjacent large walk-in
closet. One guest room has a queen-size bed, the other guest bedroom
has two single pillow top beds. Both guest rooms share an adjacent
Jack-and-Jill bathroom with two sinks. The laundry room includes a
large washer and spacious dryer.

We are located 45 minutes south of Jacksonville and only one hour and
45 minutes from Mickey and friends in Orlando.
