It's actually my vacation home, too. My family has stayed from two weeks to three months at a time for each of 
the past six years. We love it!

Things I love about this property:

- sliding glass doors that open all the way onto the pool deck and lanai. This is wonderful! It gives you a breezy, 
open feel - delicious. (Of course, if you love being cold, you can keep the doors shut and the air conditioning on.)

- boat rides on the property's Twin Vee Bay Cat 19'. This is the best way to experience Cape Coral! We keep a 
chart of all the restaurants on the water so they are easy to find.

- the big window that looks out from the kitchen onto the pool and canal. As the mother of three active boys, I 
spend a lot of time in the kitchen. This window makes it easy to keep an eye on my independent swimmers and 
enjoy the beauty of the canal

- the quiet neighborhood. Villa Foster is in an established neighborhood of professionals and retirees. The wide, 
quiet canal adds to the serenity of the surroundings.

- sunning on the lanai. Pools that face west get the best sun of the day- so ours is great. It is just wonderful to 
lounge on the deck chairs then cool off with a dip in the pool now and then. The pool is electrically heated 
during the cooler months - but always refreshing after sitting in the hot sun.

- split bedroom layout. Whether you are traveling with friends or your family, the master bedroom is separate 
from the other bedrooms. This offers you an added measure of privacy. There is also a private exit to the pool 
area and a small garden off the master bath with its sunken tub.

- reading or using the wireless internet at the table on the lanai. You can sit in the shade under the ceiling fan 
for hours. It is so comfortable.

- local, attentive management keeps everything running smooth. The property is stocked with basics like paper 
towels and soap as well as shampoo and laundry soap.

- kid friendly. We have also accumulated lots of toys, books and games at the property over the years. My boys 
love to play inside and out at Villa Foster.

- pool safety. Villa Foster has a portable safety gate that is installed around the pool when children are our 
guests. While there is no substitute for parental vigilance, when you do not want your children in the pool, the 
gate is a solid deterrent.

My boys love it when we go the Cape Coral, Florida Yacht Club beach. It’s a boat ride with the beach and a 
playground at the end. What more could a kid want? There is snack shop there that serves burgers and such 
for lunch or dinner. Watch out for the seagulls if you eat on the beach. My mother once had a seagull steal a 
chicken wing right out of her hand. Boy, was she surprised!

If you want the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, your closest options are Ft. Myer's Beach or Sanibel. 
We like to go by boat. Remember that you have to anchor off shore and walk/swim in. You will get a ticket if you 
beach your boat.

Sanibel is a great place for shelling and swimming and clear water. Be aware that many beaches there have no 
restaurants. In addition, you may have to walk some ways to locate a bathroom.

Ft. Myer's Beach is an activity beach. You can shop, dine, rent wave runners, go for a parasail ride, etc. Families 
with middle school, high school and college-age children like this beach.

     House and boat rental: 1300 *plus fuel*

Off-peak season (mid-May to mid-December)

     House rental  $750
     Optional Boat rental  $400 *plus fuel*

The rate listed is for two adults and up to four children under 18 years of age. Additional adults are $100 per 
week more plus tax. Renter must replace fuel used during operation of the boat. Price includes $75 per week 
allowance for electricity. Holiday charge of $500 added to Christmas, New Year's and Easter weeks. 

25% non-refundable confirmation deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
