Paradise" and "Venice of America." You are in the center of

Beach, Swimming Pool, Shuffle Board Courts, Fishing Pier, and Boat 
Rentals. Travel 15 minutes in any direction and you are likely to 
arrive at a golf course.  Groceries, shopping, and restaurants are 2-
5 minutes away.
  Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Sanibel (with Ding Darling Nature 
Preserve) and Captiva Islands are only about a half hour away with 
their beautiful beaches, fine restaurants and breath taking sunsets.
  DISNEY WORLD, BUSH GARDENS (and other Orlando Attractions,) Miami 
and the Everglades are only 1-3 hours away. You can even catch a boat 
to Key West in Fort Myers and do some sight seeing and return the 
same day.  If gambling is your thing there is a Casino Boat out of 
Ft. Myers and two Indian Casinos only a short drive away.

lawn care, a mortgage, etc.  If you are not "at home" the owner will stop by twice monthly to 
check the property. Owner pays for lawn care and trash
pick-up.  No need to transport "Florida stuff" back and forth.  You

far less than expenses for family trips to Florida several times
