WHY RENT THIS UNIT?
80% of the condos on Siesta Key have no view. They overlook 
rooftops,parking lots and driveways. Those that are Gulf Front have 
no view at night because it is pitch black. Our daytime view is of 
the boat docks and lagoon, with a partial view of the pool. At night 
this area is all lite up with low voltage lighting and it is 
beautiful.
90% of the condo complexes do not have any green spaces, ours has 
plenty. Our furniture is from Lazy Boy. Our kitchen is fully 
equipped 
with quality appliances. You will not find this in units that are
