This is a family owned beach efficiency,which is located on the Gulf 
of Mexico. The room is on the 2nd floor and has a spectacular view of
the Florida sunset. 

The efficiency has a queen size wall (Murphy) bed and is kept very 
clean. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all linens and 
tensils. Also has cable tv, beach chairs and reserved parking. There 
is coin laundry,an ice machine, a grill, covered picnic tables and 
shuffle board located on the property.  

There is a new "Trolly Service" that can take you from Clearwater 
Beach to Pass-A-Grille or to other areas in Pinellas County (maps 
available in the room or at the trolly stops). Points of interests 
along the stops are: John's Pass (which are full of shops, 
resturants and a Casino cruise),charter fishing boats and many more 
shops and resturants along the beaches. There is also a fishing pier 
within walking distance where you are able to rent fishing 
equipment. There are several stadiums located within driving 
distance, "Raymond James", home of the Tampa Bay 
Buccaneers, "Legends Field", home of the New York Yankees spring 
training, "Tropicana Field", home of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays 
and "St. Pete Times Forum" previously known as "The Ice Palace", home
of the Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Team 2004 Stanly Cup Champions.   

 Rates October thru April: $85.00 per night with a three night min.

There is also an 12% Florida,tourist and resort tax.
