$1200/week with a $125 cleaning fee due 1 week in advance of your
stay. Holidays and special events $2000/wk due  1 week in advance of
your stay. 
A refundable $500 security deposit required 4 weeks in advance of your
stay. For pets, an additional $100 security deposit is required.

Monthly Rate is $2700 with a $125 cleaning fee due 1 week in advance
of your stay. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required 4
weeks in advance of your stay.
