Kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, 
kitchen appliances, and an assortment of pots, pans, storage 
container, dishes and utensils. The home has central air and heat, 
ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, gas grill, basic cable TV. 
Linens and towels are included. Wood deck in backyard overlooks the 
water. Yard is fully fenced and partly bricked.  

This house is centrally located within a short walk of the US Post 
Office, Hunter Spring Park, Kings Bay Park and Pier, drug stores, a 
variety of restaurants, shops, public boat ramps, the Chamber of 
Commerce, the Crystal River Woman's Club, City Hall and the Police 
Station. Also within a short walk is Citrus Avenue, which is Crystal 
River's downtown main street. Citrus Avenue has a variety of shops, 
cafes and other interesting stores. It also is the location of 
various outdoor festivals held during the year. Adjacent to the home 
is a paved rail-trail and Vita-course used for walking, jogging, 
biking and exercising.
