and beach.  Sleeps 6 with king size bed in the master, built-in 
bunks in a bunk room and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.  
Queen sleeper sofa in living room helps for those extra guest or the 
kids.  

Decorated with a beach theme with traditional furnishings in 
vivid colors. Very comfortable furniture will spoil you.  Great 
furniture on large balcony - with lounges and full size dining 
table.  Unit is fully equipped with all luxuries of home and more! 

The Kitchen is stocked with all the necessary dishware, 
cookware and utensils. The condo was new in 2002. We have gone the 
extra mile to Welcome you to our Home Away from Home! No complexes 
to obstruct your view.  Our building sits right on the gulf. 
Wonderful Pool with large deck with hot tub and boardwalk to beach. 
Shower & restrooms located at the pool.  
Please, No Smoking in the Unit!  No pets per the Condo Association!

Large balcony with nice dining table and 4 chairs for taking in the 
ocean breeze while drinking that morning coffee or having an evening 
drink. Or you may perfer to have your meal served right on the 
balcony.
