Rates are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Check in 3:pm, check out 11:am unless approved by all parties.

Upon making your reservation, deposit of $500 dollars per week/$1000
per month is due within 10 days to guarentee your dates.
Deposit refunded after check out and inspection.  First rental 
installment of 50% due 45 days prior to reservation date, and the
balance due 21 days prior to reservation date.
Tenant must provide identification: Drivers Lic/Passport and one copy Utility Bill
Tenant must sign hold harmless agreement, tenant responsible for injury/accidents to
tenant, family and guests.


A one time cleaning charge of $150, dollars. Maid service is 
available

No smoking inside the house please, no pets.
