The Summit sleeps six people. They come with a large bedroom with a 
king size bed and has built-in bunk beds, queen size sleeper sofa & futon 2-
TV's,VCR, fully equipped kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, has approx. 900 
square feet,located at the more desirable east end of building. 
Comes fully furnished with a large balcony with a beautiful view 
of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen includes:dishwasher, refrigerator, 
stove, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, blender, dishes, cooking 
ware and all utensils, toaster, can opener and garbage disposal.

There is a $150.00 security deposit due immediately upon booking 
unit.  Returned after the stay and no damage to the condo. Spring 
Break requires higher deposit of $500.00
Cancellations 46 days or more prior to travel will receive a full 
refund. 
Cancellations 31-45 days will receive a full refund less the $150-
$500 deposit ($150-$500 charge).
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to travel will receive no refund 
unless we can rent unit,at which time a refund less $150-$500 will be 
returned.

Summit charges $15.00 registration. Spring Break registration is 
$35.00. No refunds for early departure for any reason.
