in a $200 fine charged to your credit card.

Any weekly rental that includes a HOLIDAY from Memorial Day - Labor Day is $100 more for the week.
If you have a small pet, pet fees are $75/week and $10/day.

Cleaning/tax included in weekly rental. Nightly rental-Cleaning fee 
$75.00. SMALL PETS will be considered. $300 refundable deposit required. Balance
due 30 days prior to arrival. Occupancy tax is 10%. CANCELLING 
LESS THAN 30 DAYS FORFEITS deposit. We cannot rent to anyone under 
25 without adult supervision.
