This is a 2nd story loft apartment that sits atop my 2 bedroom rental (I.D. #16440). It is the 5th 
house off the beach (approximately 250 feet).
It is approximately 500 square feet and is very private, airy and relaxing. In addition it has a very 
large deck that serves as a patio and is perfect for tanning or relaxing. The unit is very warm 
and welcoming. Everything you will need will be supplied.

The unit is completely furnished and has all kitchen appliances (no dishwasher). Wireless internet 
service,telephone, washer/dryer, TV with cable and video players, stereo 
with cd player, beach chairs, alarm clock, utensils, linens and towels, etc..Everything is provided for 
you. In driveway parking is available in front of the house. 

There are so many things to do on Clearwater Beach, you name it, we've got it and all 
the major attractions are within 1 to 2 hours by car. The beach at the end of the block 
is the best, with fine, white sand and the dining and sightseeing are exceptional. This 
portion of Clearwater Beach is approximately 1/2 of a mile away from the mainstream 
of activities and while its a pleasant walk to those activities it is just far enough away 
so that you can enjoy more peace and quiet than if you were there in the middle. The 
block is a residential block and has a community feel. 

                      Weekly Rates: 
                                    April 19th 2008 thru June 29th 2008 is $550.00
                                    July 5th 2008 thru December 13th 2008 is $495.00
                                    December 14th, 2008 thru February 14th, 2009 is $625.00   
                                    February 21st thru April 18th, 2009 is $700.00                                                                      
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Weeks are  $ 600.00
Cleaning Fee is $50.00 per rental.
Taxes totaling 12% must be added to the total charges including the cleaning fee.
Discounts available for monthly rentals, except March and April - please inquire.
A Deposit in the amount of $300.00 will confirm a reservation and the balance is due 30 
days prior to arrival. In addition a refundable security deposit of $300.00 is collected with 
the final payment. This unit can be combined with my 2 bedroom house on the same
