Winter Rates* (January - Apr)
For 1 months .. $1880/month ($2115 w/ tax) - OR - $650/week ($731 w/ tax)
For 2 months .. $1850/month ($2081 w/ tax) - OR - $650/week ($731 w/ tax)
For 3 months .. $1820/month ($2048 w/ tax) - OR - $650/week ($731 w/ tax)

Daily Rates (Year Around):  In certain circumstances daily rates will be available - typically with a minimum of five 
nights.  Please email for further information.

Cleaning - $65.00 for four people 
Reservation Deposit Required - $300 for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly rentals
Cancellation Fee - $50.00*
No Pets

* The Manager's Office requires written notice of cancellation at 
least 120 days prior to arrival for Winter Rentals, and 30 days prior 
to arrival for Summer Rentals. If the cancellation notice is 
received within the specified time, the balance of the rental 
deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will forfeit the 
total deposit amount.
