Property Rates are as followed:

Low Season:...May-September....$80/day.....$450/week......$1100/month
High Season:..October-April....$90/day.....$550/week......$1300/month
Holidays and special events may have a different rate.

There is an extra refundable security deposit to be paid (amount 
depends on length of stay (usually between $50.00-$100.00).  It will 
be returned to you in person or via mail after inspection of 
studio after check out.

Also,  there is a $50.00 cleaning service.  Cleaning service will 
come after you have checked out.

**Will rent per day with a 3 night minimum**

** Short term leases also accepted.  (3, 6, or 9 months) Call for 
special rates.
