Our luxurious Florida villa occupies a stunning double plot (south 
west facing) overlooking a large natural lake with golf course beyond 
in a quiet conservation 
area.  The house has been furnished and landscaped to a very high 
standard.  Both master suites have doors opening out onto the very 
private extended pool deck giving plenty of room to accommodate 6 sun 
loungers, 8 chairs and large table.  The lanai is ideally positioned 
to watch the sunset over the lake.  The house has been equipped to 
provide visitors with every comfort and convenience they should 
require.  

The villa has 2 master suites, Master 1 with a King size bed, both with ensuite bathrooms with 
jacuzi 
bath and shower.  1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.  Two further 
bathrooms. The house has a large open plan great room with large TV and dvd, fully fitted 
kitchen and two dining areas, one formal the other breakfast.  The 
villa also has a TV den and fully fitted laundry room providing all 
facilities. 

The house has been equipped with 4 TVs each with cable TV, 5 
bikes, Gas BBQ, table tennis, Xbox, CD 
player, 6 sun loungers, beach chairs and brollies, cool box, fishing 
rods, fax machine, games, books. Free telephone calls throughout the 
USA and Canada.

Activities in and around the area are fantastic beaches, golf, 
cycling, riding, fishing, jetskiing, parasailing, shopping, 
restaurants, cycling, walking. 

Rates include air conditioning, electricity, water,  upgraded cable 
tv,pool and spa heat 
taxes, and cleaning charges

From £600 per week depending on season and size of party
