$1000 cash deposit due at booking. Balance due 45 days prior to 
arrival.
Rates are all inclusive. They include 11% tax and cleaning fees and 
pool heating(approx $400-500)

7 night minimum.

Nov 1-June 1 $2000 per week. 
June 1-Sept 1 $1800 per week. 
Sept 1-Nov 1 $1900 per week. 

Pool heating is NOW included in the published rates.
