Unit is located directly on the pristine shores of the Gulf of Mexico.
From your private balcony you will enjoy the spectacular sunsets that 
have made St. Pete Beach one of the most desirable vacation areas in 
Florida. 4 persons will fit comfortably in the unit. We boast a fully 
furnished kitchen from which to prepare your own meals. The condo is 
tastefully decorated and comes with 2 color televisions with complete 
cable and movie channels. Balcony is large and very accomodating with 
lounge chairs and table. An iron and board along with a hair dryer is 
also provided.

Our resort has a private heated pool and jaccuzzi for the use of the 
guests. Being that there are only 19 units in the building you will 
never have to deal with large crowds or lack of chairs at the pool. 
Keep that in mind when checking out other complexes. Many rentals are 
in buildings with 50 or more units. That creates a problem when 
everyone is trying to use the pool. Our pool area is only steps from 
the sugar sands of St. Pete Beach. Access to and from the beach is 
through a secure gate assuring that only guests are using our resort. 
We also provide 2 gas grills for bbq'ing on the patio. You will also 
be able to relax in our heated jaccuzzi, reputed to be the best on 
the beach!

Our resort is so conveniently located to everything, that once you 
park your car, you don't have to drive it until you are ready to 
leave. There is a full service grocery store and pharmacy located 
right across the street. Excellent restaurants and beach bars are 
just a short stroll down the beach. We also have jet skis, para-
sailing and many other watersports located nearby. If you crave more 
entertainment the Tampa/St.Pete area boasts numerous theme parks, 
world class museums and major sporting venues. 

Rates range from $805 per week depending on the time and length of
