You know you've visited paradise when you stay in this beautiful, 
new, luxury two-story oceanfront beach home, occupying 3200 square-
feet with four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths. 


On the upper level you'll find two master suites overlooking the 
Atlantic Ocean where you will experience brilliant sunrises as you 
awaken in the early hour. Each suite has a relaxing king-size bed, 
large bay window, spacious walk-in closet, attractive bathroom with 
a magnificent window view of the majestic Guana State Park where you 
can witness incredible sunsets. Each master bath also has a walk-in 
shower with the finest of bathroom fixtures.  Centered between the 
master suites is a spacious living room with a captivating view of 
the ocean.  This room has a 42" television, a cozy fireplace for 
cooler weather, a half-bath, and a lovely well-equipped, state-of-
the-art open kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and bar 
area with barstools to accommodate four.  If you wish, you may open 
glass French doors from the living room or either master suite to 
walk directly onto a deep wood deck that extends the entire length 
of the house.   If you are fair-skinned or had enough sun for the 
day, several feet of the deck is covered; however, for the sun-
worshipers that can't get enough, several feet of the deck is 
uncovered as well! 

 

On the first floor you'll find two nice bedrooms located on the 
south end of the house. One bedroom has an amazing ocean view and 
offers a nice queen-size bed.   Again, you may walk out of glass 
doors onto a grand deck that extends the length of the home. This 
room has a pocket door that opens to a full size jack-and-jill bath 
that adjoins to a second bedroom offering two single beds and a 
fantastic window view of the Guana.   If you just want to sit back, 
relax, and perhaps read, there is a spacious family room facing the 
ocean with a comfortable sofa and chair available. You'll also find 
a television and a table with chairs for playing games, cards, 
jigsaw puzzles, etc.   Beach fun brings wet and salty clothes and 
you'll find a sizable laundry room with a superior washer and dryer 
on the lower level.

 

Outside on the lower deck is a gas grill, patio furniture and an 
attractive half-bath for your convenience.   Next to the half-bath 
you'll find a roomy closet for any beach toys or floats you wish to 
store. There is a nice walk-over that extends over the dunes to the 
beach, and should you wish to walk in the evenings, the walk-over 
provides gentle landscape lighting.  Also for your convenience, 
there is an outside shower that offers both hot and cold water 
temperatures to rinse off any beach sand and salty ocean water.

Quiet Season   Sept.8,2007 - Feb. 29, 2008  $2,500.00 weekly

*During the quiet season only - we are offering a 2 day minimum stay 
for $500.per nightor $450.for 3 or more nights. Holidays are not 
included. 

Mid-Season    March 1,2008 - May 24,2008    $3,000.00 weekly

Fall and Winter monthly rate...$6,500.00 + 9% tax.No Cleaning fee!!!!!!!!!!


Peak Season   May 24,2008 - August 16,2008    $3,300.00 weekly

A $500.00 upcharge will be added for Holidays and specials events

Taxes are an additional 9%. Also a $150.00 per stay cleaning fee 
will be added to the above prices
